Having been trained by both the military and FLETC as a federal officer, I can undeniably say that Guy is one of the best firearms instructors I have ever trained with. Last month I finished my second class/course of training with CMT.  Although I have been shooting with the IDPA and USPSA for four years I felt I needed to expand my knowledge by taking a few training courses.  YouTube and books are no replacement for a hands-on instructor who will work with you to correct bad shooting habits before they get out of hand.  Make no mistake, this course is geared more towards tactical than competition shooting, but will help with both venues.  You will spend the day executing drill after drill until drawing your handgun and coming on target is a secondary thought, plus understanding weapon function and safety.  If you desire a course that will lay the foundation for good shooting ethics look no further than CMT.  I highly recommend Common Man Training to the novice and experience shooter alike.   David S.
